'Preparing for the Future'

Join us as we publish a collection of essays on equipping young people for a rapidly changing world.  'Preparing for the Future' captures viewpoints and insights from a diverse group of business leaders, entrepreneurs, young people and academics.  

There will be two parts to the event.  The first, at 4.30pm, will be a 'Question Time' style panel made up of young people who have undertaken research exploring their views on the most effective ways of developing skills for the future world of work.

The second, at 5.30pm, will be a discussion with Jim Knight MP, Minister for Schools and Learners at DCSF, Richard Lambert, Director-General of the CBI, and Julia Cleverdon, Vice President of Business in the Community who will consider how best to prepare young people for an unknown future.
